Vision Australia Radio has revamped its morning schedule - more information, more entertainment. Start your day with a bright new feeling.

The Morning Paper Round will bring you the latest news and weather, commuter updates and, of course, your readings from The Age and Herald-Sun.

Catch up on world news and current affairs at 6.30am with Across the Globe, a selection of current affairs and magazine features from the BBC and other international radio partner. Then join The Morning Paper Round at 7.00am for an informative and entertaining breakfast show with our morning reading team, hosted by Steve Curtis Monday and Friday and Robyn Winslow - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

All your regular morning favourites - commuter information, news updates on the hour, TV Highlights at 7.25am, readings from The Age and Herald-Sun, special features and, of course, A Morning Conversation - now after the 10.00am News.

Then at 10.30am, we'll bring you readings from The Australian and at 11.30am we're giving more time to readings from The Financial Review - more market analysis, more company news leading up to the Lunchtime Stock Market Report at 12.50pm.

New free phone-in service

From 19 July 2010, Vision Australia Radio is introducing a new, free phone-in service for daily Death Notices and the Radio Program Guide.

The toll-free number for this service is 1800 060 992.

The information should be available by 8.30am Monday to Saturday morning and the new format for Death Notices will provide names in full, rather than just surname and initials, which we hope will be more informative and useful to those who use the service.

With the introduction of the free phone service, the Death Notices from The Herald Sun will no longer be broadcast on Vision Australia Radio.

Don't forget, our toll-free number - 1800 060 992 for daily Death Notices and the Vision Australia Radio Program Guide.
